Getalife ICT believes that the maintenance of a high standard of customer service is essential to its progress. CLIENTS

Getalife ICT will at all times operate an open book policy and all records maintained relative to the clients operation shall be open to his inspection. Client goodwill will be encouraged by controlled and considered public relations activity. No Client will be offered personal inducement in cash or in kind to obtain or retain business. All relations with clients will be carried out in a pleasant, positive, honest, open and reasonable manner and every action will be in consideration of the client's best interest.

SUPPLIERS
Getalife ICT is very aware that the attitude of its staff acting as buyers should reflect the overall enhancement of Getalife ICT reputation. Getalife ICT believes that the purchase of good quality products and equipment is essential to the maintenance of high standards of service. Getalife ICT will purchase goods only from sources of nominated supply should it be the case. Getalife ICT may discriminate from within the list of authorized suppliers but believes that generally, no one supplier should be placed in a monopoly situation. Exceptional inducement by suppliers to members of Getalife ICT staff is not tolerated. Getalife ICT believes that supplier's invoices should be settled in reasonable time and that any discounts received should not be obtained by surcharging client costs, but that they should relate to the bulk buying power of Getalife ICT.

Prices charged through to clients for commodities should reflect competitive wholesale prices, which could not be bettered by individual purchase for the same quality, product or equipment. Getalife ICT will expect from its supplier's individually priced delivery notes or invoices with all supplies and consolidated monthly statements.
